Moms Waffles

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cup butter milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil wesson

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl
  • separate egg yolks and keep both the yolks and the egg whites
  • beat all liquid ingredients butter milk, yolks, and oil
  • stir liquid and dry ingredients together.
  • beat eggs whites till they form peaks
  • fold beaten egg whites into batter
  • cook waffles
